Carla was born in the Cleveland, Ohio area and lived in the Southwest before moving with her family to the Dublin, Ohio area in l987. She has a strong background in residential construction as a previous part-owner of a small residential construction company. Carla spends her free time with her daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren who also live in the Dublin area.
